Irrigation and plant nutrition control in 1C ACS

Software and hardware complex ACS AllCtrl.SCADA based on 1C manages the water and nutrition supply system through opening/closing the corresponding valves based on information from the soil moisture sensors, schedule for each crop, and customized decision-making algorithms.

The software and hardware complex automatically maintains the water temperature at a specified level. Management of watering occurs by the operator-specified parameters. The customized decision algorithms allow you to calculate the intensity and quality of irrigation in a precise and daily way.
AllCtrl.SCADA system based on 1C provides an opportunity to monitor important indicators in the process of supplying water for plants:
  • • filtering water to avoid clogging of taps and ensure their continuous operation;
  • • stabilization of pH and neutralization of bicarbonates;
  • • water heating. Optimal temperature of water for watering is from 18 to 25 degrees, while tap water reaches an average of 3-7 degrees.

AllCtrl.SCADA based on 1C automates the process of preparation and supply of nutrients, balances the concentration and ratio of the macro and the micro elements, as well as controls the pH level in the nutrient solutions for plants. Automation of plants watering and nutrition supply management provides an opportunity to clearly record the expenditures on the amount of water, nutrition, and allows you to optimally balance the plants nutrition.
