Controlling engineering systems in ACS based on 1C


Production often consumes a great deal of resources, such as electricity, water, and CO2, and by managing them you can understand how many of them are involved in the cost structure of production, can reduce consumption. All these tasks are accomplished by means of counters, sensors, synchronizing information with manufactured products within the ACS AllCtrl.SCADA based on 1C.

Controlling engineering systems with the help of AllCtrl.SCADA based on 1C provides for control of such subsystems as electricity, gas, water, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning. The dispatcher's remote control is used to organize the data on the costs of all resources in the production so that these subsystems could work smoothly.

Programmable controllers, in turn, collect information about the state of each of the engineering systems at all production sites. The data is displayed on the display of the operator in a form of convenient diagrams and graphs.

Hardware and software complex ACS AllCtrl.SCADA based on 1C is able to significantly reduce the consumption of electricity and the various fuels, required for heating and water supply. Reducing enterprise costs is achieved by using the software to manage the optimal use of resources, and by analysing the information obtained from sensors and counters, planning and predicting the amount of resources needed for the future use. Automating the management of engineering systems also improves their efficiency in emergency situations.
