Heating supply control with ACS AllCtrl.SCADA


Based on information from temperature sensors, as well as customized PID decision-making algorithms AllCtrl.SCADA hardware-software complex (ACS based on 1C) manages heat supply, tracks the volume of electricity, hot water consumption.

Hardware-software complex AllCtrl.SCADA based on 1C allows forecasting the cost of heat consumption, as well as set daily temperature and hydraulic modes. Temperature sensors control the heat supply and the condition of the equipment by transmitting the information to the operator's computer. Customized PID algorithms of decision-making provide processing of information received, can produce the necessary calculations and provide recommendations regarding optimization of the heat supply system work parameters or are able to manage it automatically.

With the introduction of ACS AllCtrl.SCADA for heat supply management, you save energy and reduce material and labour costs by optimizing tasks such as:
  • management of heat supply processes;
  • control over the condition of heat supply network and the equipment of heat units;
